As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential while working in a supportive, collaborative environment. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral and functional assessments to identify each child's unique strengths and needs. Develop and oversee individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) using evidence-based ABA practices. Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA staff. Analyze treatment data and make clinical decisions that promote meaningful progress. Partner with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers to create consistent support across environments. Provide caregiver coaching to help families build skills and confidence at home. Maintain timely documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with BACB and insurance requirements. Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care while fostering positive relationships with clients and families. Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. New Mexico licensure (or ability to obtain licensure). Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
