Job Description

We provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services designed around the individual needs of children and families. As we continue growing in New Mexico , we're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive, collaborative team. What You'll Do Conduct behavioral and functional assessments. Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans. Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff. Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions. Provide caregiver training and support. Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team. Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate. Complete required clinical documentation and maintain high standards of ethical care. What We're Looking For Current BCBA certification through the BACB. New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure. Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field. Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities. Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
