About PlayPath ABA PlayPath ABA provides in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism across New Mexico. Our programs are BCBA-led and delivered where kids already live, learn, and play — with a compassionate, family-centered approach to care. Position Summary We're hiring an RBT or Behavior Assistant to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy to a client in Socorro, NM , under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is a hands-on role delivering individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and helping a child build skills in the comfort of their own home. Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in the client's home according to an individualized treatment plan; implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as directed by the supervising BCBA; accurately collect and record session data; communicate professionally with parents/caregivers and the clinical team; attend supervision sessions, team meetings, and required trainings; maintain client confidentiality and follow all PlayPath ABA and HIPAA policies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certification strongly preferred (see pay differential below) — candidates willing to pursue RBT certification will also be considered; prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus but not required, as training is provided; reliable transportation and a valid driver's license, as this position requires travel to a client's home in Socorro; ability to pass a background check; strong communication skills, patience, and a genuine interest in helping kids grow. Compensation & Benefits $1,000 signing bonus Higher hourly pay for candidates who hold active RBT certification Mileage reimbursement for travel to the Socorro home Paid training and ongoing clinical supervision from a BCBA Support toward RBT certification for candidates who aren't yet certified Flexible scheduling based on the client's availability Location & Schedule In-home sessions with a client based in Socorro, NM . Schedule to be coordinated directly with the family and clinical team.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
