Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Daytime Hours Club Social, LLC - 5.0 Henderson, NV Job Details Part-time $24 - $26 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Professional development assistance Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications RBT Certification CPR Certification High school diploma or GED Experience working with children Direct support Organizational skills Full Job Description Club Social is hiring a dependable and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children and adolescents in our welcoming, center-based program in Henderson, Nevada. Schedule and Pay Part-time, approximately 9-15 hours per week $24-$26 per hour, depending on experience Sessions are available Monday through Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Most sessions are three hours long Daytime availability is required Applicants are not required to work every day Responsibilities Provide direct ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior-support strategies Teach communication, social, coping, play, and daily living skills Collect accurate session data and complete required documentation Support clients during individual sessions and social skills activities Follow all safety, confidentiality, and professional requirements Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, and families Accept feedback and participate in ongoing training and supervision Qualifications Current Registered Behavior Technician certification High school diploma or equivalent Experience working with children or individuals with autism or developmental disabilities Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently while following BCBA direction Ability to pass required background checks CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it About Club Social Club Social is a BCBA-led program providing individualized ABA services, social skills groups, parent training, and consultative support. Pay:
