Job Description

Company Overview At Sport-Social we teach social skills, communication skills, and behavioral skills through sports, art, and music! In our 20,000 sqft warehouse space our RBT's and BCBA team provide the highest quality services to individuals with disabilities in a fun, motivating environment (a skatepark, music studios, a bounce house, and more). Overview Applicants must feel confident in their understanding of both the benefits and downfalls of traditional ABA services. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. Your expertise will ensure that individuals receive personalized, evidence-based care while supporting our mission to make learning enjoyable. Qualifications 10+ years experience as a BCBA Experience in both in-home and clinical application Must have multi-year experience as an RBT or similar Behavioral Technician role Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers. People who prefer to sit at a desk need not apply Responsibilities Lead and mentor BCBA team (currently 7 members and growing) to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with ABA principles. Supervise and evaluate individualized treatment plans based on behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Collaborate with management team to regularly check on quality of services amongst our 9 types of programs Conduct assessments, intake evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring to tailor interventions effectively. Collect, analyze, and document data to track behavioral progress and inform treatment modifications. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical records and safeguarding patient confidentiality. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans and support systems. Provide training on behavioral therapy techniques and documentation standards to team members. Maintain 15-20 billable hours per week

From $110,000.00 per year
