We are seeking a motivated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will provide direct ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in home and community-based settings.

Schedule:

Tuesday and Thursday 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Friday from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Part time position

Pay Rate:

$30-$37/hour based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services Collect and document data on client progress Communicate effectively with families and team members Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality

Qualifications:
