Job Description

Lighthouse CH in Delray Beach seeks a Behavior Technician to support children and families through Christ-centered behavioral care. In this role, you'll implement behavior plans, provide 1:1 interventions, and carefully track progress under clinical supervision. You'll partner with parents, caregivers, and ministry staff to reinforce skills and create safe, supportive environments. Ideal candidates are compassionate, detail-oriented, and eager to live out their Christian faith while serving others in a collaborative, mission-driven team focused on hope, healing, and real-life transformation. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 behavioral support to children and families in alignment with treatment plans Implement behavior intervention strategies under supervision of a clinical lead or BCBACollect and document accurate behavioral data and session notes Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and ministry staff to reinforce goals Support Christ-centered, compassionate care consistent with Lighthouse CH values Maintain client safety, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies Participate in team meetings, trainings, and case reviews Communicate client progress and concerns to supervisors promptly Required Skills Behavior intervention implementation Data collection and documentation Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) fundamentals Client safety and crisis awareness Collaboration with families and caregivers Electronic health record or case note systems Time management and session planning Professional communication Basic developmental and behavioral knowledge Confidentiality and HIPAA awareness
