Lighthouse CH in Delray Beach seeks a Behavior Technician to support children and families through Christ-centered behavioral care. In this role, you'll implement behavior plans, provide 1:1 interventions, and carefully track progress under clinical supervision. You'll partner with parents, caregivers, and ministry staff to reinforce skills and create safe, supportive environments.
