Job Description
Horizon Blue ABA was built around one belief: that every child deserves consistent, skilled, and caring support. Our BTs and RBTs make that real, one session at a time, in the homes of families who are counting on us. This work asks a lot of you. It also gives a lot back. You'll see a child communicate for the first time, or finally feel safe enough to try something new, and you'll know you were part of that. Our BCBAs are the kind of supervisors who share what they know and genuinely want to help you grow. We'll work with you to find the right families and the right fit so that the work stays meaningful and you keep getting better at it. No matter where you're starting from, if you're committed to the kids, we're committed to you and will help you build your ABA career here. Behavioral Technician (RBT/BT)
