Lighthouse CH seeks a Bengali ABA Behavior Technician to provide Christ-centered behavioral support to children and families in Delray Beach. In this on-site role, you'll implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA, deliver 1:1 sessions in Bengali and English, collect accurate behavior data, and reinforce skill-building goals at home and in the community. You'll collaborate with caregivers, model strategies, and maintain clear documentation. Responsibilities Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and families in Bengali and English under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans with consistency and fidelity. Accurately collect, record, and report behavior and progress data after each session. Collaborate with caregivers, modeling strategies and offering practical coaching and support. Maintain timely and compliant documentation in organizational systems or EHR tools.
