THRIVE ABA NY
is seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our growing team and provide high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism in the Flushing, Queens area (11355). About the Role As a Behavior Technician, you will: Work 1:1 with clients in their home and/or community setting. Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA. Collect accurate data on client progress using our electronic data system. Support skill development in communication, daily living, social, and play skills. Follow behavior intervention plans to reduce challenging behaviors safely and effectively. What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish Experience required: At least 6 months of ABA or direct work with individuals with developmental disabilities. Reliable, patient, and professional demeanor. Ability to work independently while following protocols. Must pass background check and provide 2 professional references. Schedule & Location Monday- Friday 4-6:30 PM Client is located in Flushing, Queens (11355).Job Type:
