Job Description

Ro Health is delighted to invite a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Long Island Behavioral Health Services team. We are looking for an inspiring leader who is ready to champion positive student outcomes within a collaborative school environment. In this dynamic and highly rewarding role, you will be the cornerstone of our clinical excellence. You will deliver regular, high-impact supervision to our talented behavioral staff, ensuring every intervention is implemented both ethically and effectively. Beyond direct oversight, you will provide general supervision to a broader team of behavioral professionals and serve as a vital voice in key discussions, including IEPs and collaborative team consultations. Finally, your influence extends far beyond field work. By participating in company-wide meetings with Ro Health clinical teams, you will evaluate progress, address obstacles, and formulate strategic improvements that guide the organization's clinical path. Overview:
Location:
In-Person serving school districts on
Long Island Schedule:
Monday-Friday within the hours of 8:00am-4:00pm
Compensation:
Starting at $60 per hour (commensurate with experience/skills)
Note:
This role will begin as a part-time position, with a strong potential to transition to full-time in the future.
Qualifications:
