Job Description

A&J Behavioral Health is looking for a Behavior Technician to join our team! As a Behavior Technician, you will provide behavior therapy to support and encourage healthy child development. You will work closely with the BCBA and lead the client to increased independence and develop new skills. Skills/Requirements Experience working with children Ability to work independently with a variety of ages Flexibility with hours and days available Bachelor's degree in related field Willingness to commit long term
RBT Certification Responsibilities:
Provide therapy to clients using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) methods. Create daily programming to implement behavior intervention techniques. Collect data on client growth and development, as well as implement behavioral intervention techniques.

$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
