9664129-10801 Job Description Bring your expertise in behavior analysis to support students and educators onsite as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) near New Rochelle, NY! This contract role offers the flexibility to choose between full or part-time hours, making it ideal for professionals seeking balance while making a direct impact in school settings. Your advanced skills in behavior analysis will empower you to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and make a meaningful difference for students. As a BCBA on-site, youll develop and implement behavior intervention plans, collect and analyze data, consult with teachers and staff, and provide ongoing training and support to ensure every student has the opportunity to thrive.
Desired Qualifications:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working with children or adolescents in educational or clinical environments. Comprehensive understanding of behavior intervention and data collection. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Collaborative approach to working with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs). Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and family members on behavior strategies. Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform interventions. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting. Maintain clear documentation and compliance with professional standards. This position offers an attractive compensation range between $90$110 per hour, reflecting your credentials and experience.
