Part-Time|Full-Time | In-Home ABA Immediate cases available. Spanish Speaking preferred Alpha & Omega Kids is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children with autism and related developmental disabilities in Manhattan, New York. We are seeking reliable, motivated professionals who are comfortable working independently in family homes while receiving consistent supervision from a BCBA. Schedule Part-time Minimum 15 hours per week required Cases available between 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, afternoon cases available. Daytime and afternoon cases available Consistent weekly assignments Compensation $20 - $30 per hour (based on experience and credentials) What You'll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the child's home Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA Collect and record session data using a mobile device Write clear, accurate session notes Support development of communication, behavior regulation, and daily living skills Maintain professionalism with families and caregivers Training is available for candidates new to ABA.
