Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will provide direct ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in home and community-based settings.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 2:00 PM Part time position

Pay Rate:

$30-$35/hour based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services Collect and document data on client progress Communicate effectively with families and team members Maintain professionalism and client confidentiality

Qualifications:

Must have active RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent required Experience working with children with ASD preferred Reliable transportation required Strong communication and organizational skills Must pass background check If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply today.
