Job Description Little Chats ABA is seeking a BCBA who wants to work direct (1:1) with a child in a school setting in Pine Bush, NY. About Little Chats ABA Little Chats ABA is a family-centered practice providing personalized, in-home ABA therapy to young children with autism and developmental delays throughout Orange County, NY. We believe every child deserves to feel seen, valued, and motivated to learn in ways that are natural and meaningful. Our therapy is rooted in evidence-based practice while embracing play, connection, and each child's unique interests. As a small practice, we're able to build lasting relationships with families and provide the kind of individualized support that larger organizations often can't. What We're Looking For Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing New York Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility to practice in New York Experience working with young children with autism and developmental disabilities Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills A collaborative, family-centered approach to care Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Flexible scheduling Supportive, clinician-owned practice with direct access to leadership Opportunities to grow as Little Chats ABA continues to expand Professional development assistance Additional Requirements Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Orange County Availability for approximately 15 hours per week Ability to actively engage with young children during sessions, including sitting on the floor and participating in play-based activities
