Active BCBA certification with pediatric experience Experience in training and supervising RBTs and other support staff preferred CPI Certified Instructor a plus Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration with district staff and administrators Key duties: Lead CPI trainings for student support staff across multiple buildings Provide ongoing supervision and mentorship to RBTs Offer direct, onsite support to PCAs, IAs, and other team members, ensuring consistency and quality across programs
