r42622-10570 Job Description School-Based BCBA Mount Pleasant, NY ProCare Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join Mount Pleasant-Cottage Union Free School District. The district is considering both part-time and full-time candidates for this onsite position.

Position Details:

School-based BCBA Onsite position Part-time or full-time schedule available Pay ranging from $45$55 per hour, depending on experience Supportive school-based environment

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans Collect and analyze student behavioral data Provide behavioral consultation and support to school staff Collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service providers Train staff on appropriate behavioral strategies and interventions

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification Appropriate New York licensure, if required Previous school-based experience is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills
