20262027 School Year Position Overview We are seeking an onsite BCBA to support students and school staff in Pleasantville, New York. This position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time scheduling , making it a great opportunity for a BCBA looking for a school-based role that fits their availability. Job Responsibilities Provide behavior-analytic services and student support within the school setting Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans Conduct functional behavior assessments and other behavioral assessments as needed Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other school-based professionals Provide consultation, coaching, and support to school staff Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data Maintain accurate documentation and student records Position Highlights Onsite school-based position Full-time or part-time options available Collaborative school environment Opportunity to support students with a variety of behavioral and educational needs Flexible scheduling based on candidate availability and district needs Compensation $53$60 per hour , based on experience and assignment details.
