Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday•After 3:30 PM Saturday & Sunday•Flexible About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) Achievement Behavior Services was founded in 2015 by dedicated BCBAs and LCSWs with a shared mission: to provide high-quality, in-home and in-community Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). For the past 10 years, we have supported children and their families in building communication skills, adaptability, resilience, and independence through compassionate, evidence-based ABA practices. $20•29 per hour (based on qualifications and credentials) Flexible part-time schedule with consistent weekly hours After-school hours with weekend potential Work directly alongside experienced BCBA clinical leaders Ongoing supervision and personalized training Support pursuing your RBT certification Collaborative and supportive team environment What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1:1 with a child in school under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Utilizing ABA strategies such as discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, redirection, and reinforcement systems Building engaging rapport and fostering meaningful skill development Collecting and documenting data on student progress Completing thorough session notes and billing documentation Collaborating closely with caregivers and clinical supervisors Qualifications Preferred backgrounds include: Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology Ideal candidates have: Experience working with preschool or elementary-aged children Experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental needs Strong communication and documentation skills Professional reliability and responsiveness Adaptability and composure in dynamic environments RBT certification preferred but not required If you are compassionate, reliable, and passionate about helping children build independence and confidence, we would love to connect with you.
