As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT (ABA), you will play a vital role in our team's mission to provide high-quality, individualized services to our clients. Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and outcomes Assist in maintaining a safe and organized therapeutic environment Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices About theRole:
As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT (ABA), you will work closely with our experienced team of professionals to deliver exceptional care to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in ABA therapy, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to kneel, sit, stand, and move around frequently during sessions
- Valid driver's license or reliable transportation (for community and in-home services)
- Clean background check required for working with children and families Part-time availability (hours will vary)
