Job Description

Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) agency serving children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Since 2015, we have operated under the leadership of LCSWs and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), delivering individualized, student-centered care. We are seeking compassionate, reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in students' homes across the South Shore Nassau area.
Current Available Locations:
Baldwin, NY East Rockaway, NY Long Beach, NY Valley Stream, NY Elmont, NY What You'll Do Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in the child's home environment Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Collect quantitative and qualitative data daily Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA Support students in communication, focus, and adaptive skills What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience and credentials Flexible part-time schedules (after school + possible weekends) BCBA mentorship and supervision Ongoing training and professional development Support in pursuing RBT certification Qualifications Background in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, OT, SLP, or related field Experience working with children, especially preschool or elementary ages Strong communication and professionalism Ability to stay calm and adaptable in high-stress situations Experience with data collection and progress documentation preferred Relevant certifications (RBT, CPR, Mandated Reporter, etc.) a plus If you are passionate about making meaningful change in a child's life, apply today.
