About the Role No ABA experience? No problem. We're launching a brand-new opportunity in Columbus and Cleveland for people who want to build a career in Applied Behavior Analysis — starting from scratch. As a Behavior Technician Trainee, you'll go through paid, hands-on training with our team, work toward earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, and gain real experience supporting children on the autism spectrum along the way. If you're compassionate, curious, and looking for meaningful work that turns into a real career path, this is your way in. What You'll Do Complete paid training covering ABA fundamentals, behavior intervention techniques, and RBT exam prep Shadow and assist experienced RBTs and BCBAs during in-home client sessions Progressively take on more hands-on responsibilities as your training advances Study for and complete your RBT certification exam with our support Once certified, transition into providing direct 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in their homes What We're Looking For No prior ABA/RBT experience necessary — we'll train you! A genuine interest in working with children and helping families Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes Strong attendance, coachability, and follow-through during training Patience, empathy, and a team-player attitude Pay & Path During training: Paid training period
