  • for a school-based opportunity in
  • East Cleveland, OH
  • for the upcoming school year. This position offers the opportunity to support students and staff across multiple campuses while providing behavioral consultation, supervising RBTs, and implementing evidence-based behavior interventions. The selected BCBA will play a key role in improving student outcomes and supporting behavioral programming throughout the district.

  • Assignment Overview
  • + Provide BCBA services across 4 school sites + Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) + Conduct behavioral evaluations and assessments + Develop and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff + Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed + Provide staff training and behavior consultation

  • + Active BCBA Certification + Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field + School-based experience preferred + Experience supervising RBTs preferred + Strong communication and leadership skills

com The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for individuals with academic and behavioral deficits. The Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ES acts as a clinical teacher who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises educational activities and behavioral service delivery in the school setting.

  • Minimum Requirements:
