Schedule We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is passionate about community integration and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will support clients by taking them out into the community, engaging in activities that promote independence, social interaction, and personal growth. A good driving record is essential, as transportation is a key part of the role. Previous DSP experience and the ability to manage clients with behavioral challenges are highly valued. Daily responsibilities will include assisting with meal prepping, light housekeeping, and supporting clients with daily living activities—all while fostering a safe, respectful, and encouraging environment. To be considered for this role, applicants must bring the following documents: a Social Security card, a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and current CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to register for our certification class for a $60 fee). Candidates must also have completed DSP training and be medication-certified. If you are currently enrolled in a GED program or still in high school, we can hire you for up to one year.
