Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and accurately record data on student progress and behavior. Monitor and support students during instructional activities to encourage positive behaviors. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote consistency in behavioral strategies. Participate in team meetings and provide input on the effectiveness of interventions.

Desired Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Experience working with children in school or therapeutic settings preferred. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and its practical application. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
