Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, educators, and healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through patient-centered care and evidence-based practices in behavioral health. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise individualized behavior intervention plans grounded in applied behavior analysis principles. Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly. Provide training, supervision, and mentorship to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure fidelity of interventions. Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and facilitate consistent implementation of behavioral strategies. Maintain accurate medical documentation, patient records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake assessments and ongoing patient evaluations to ensure comprehensive understanding of each individual's behavioral health needs. Stay current with industry standards, research developments, and ethical guidelines related to behavioral therapy and developmental disabilities. Skills Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, including applied behavior analysis (ABA) methodologies. Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation for treatment planning and progress monitoring. Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation practices. Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams in behavioral health settings. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members effectively. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality and privacy of patient information.
