Job Description

Flexible Schedules Around College and Second Jobs - Consistent Weekly Hours Key Behavior Services is actively hiring for Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one therapy to children on the autism spectrum in home and school settings. We understand the demands of student life and secondary employment—this position offers consistent weekly schedules with flexibility to work around college or second job schedules.
Current Hiring Areas:
Kettering, OH and surrounding communities (services provided within 30 minutes of your home location)
Schedule & Hours:
Flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday Part-time to start, with opportunities for full-time and salaried positions Schedule is consistent week to week and adjustable each semester
What You'll Do:
Work 1:1 with children using ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs Track and report progress using data collection tools Support children in home or school environments to build life and behavioral skills Communicate with parents and participate in team meetings and trainings
Requirements:
High school diploma (preferred: 48+ college semester hours) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation (must commute within 30 minutes) Ability to complete 40 hours of paid online training Ability to obtain RBT credential within 180 days Background check required
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform non-violent crisis interventions (training provided) Ability to move quickly and assist children in potential crisis situations Capable of physically supporting children as needed during emergency evacuations or redirections Benefits for
