What You'll Do As an RBT, you'll make a hands-on difference in children's lives every day by: Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in fun, engaging ways Implementing individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA Helping children build communication, independence, and confidence Tracking progress and celebrating every win (big and small!) Collaborating with a supportive clinical team Encouraging and guiding families along the way This is the kind of role where you go home knowing you made a difference. What We're Looking For 18+ years old High school diploma + valid driver's license Ability to pass background checks Willingness to complete 40-hour training (provided!) RBT certification within 60-90 days (we'll support you!) Strong communication skills & team mindset Passion for helping children grow Ability to respond quickly to elopement Physical engagement (e.g., getting on/off the floor, assisting with behaviors, play!) Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is a plus—but not required! Perks & Benefits We believe great work deserves great support: 4-day workweek (full-time!)
