Years of Successful Operations Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
• Assist with menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Upsell additional items or specials to increase sales
• Process payments and handle cash transactions using Toast POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and dining area
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications:

• 2 years previous experience in the hospitality industry at the same employer is required
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations, as well as wine knowledge is extremely desirable.
• Strong sales skills with the ability to sell and promote menu items
• Proficient in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations
