Job Description

New Heights ABA is seeking enthusiastic, reliable team members to support young children (ages 1-6) with autism in our clinic setting located in Middleburg Heights.
We welcome:
Experienced RBTs Child care professionals from daycare, preschool, special education, or professional nanny roles Candidates willing to train to become an
RBT Schedule:
Monday-Friday | ~8:15 AM - 5:15
PM Location:
Clinic-based only • ~37.5 hours/week
PayGrowth:
$20.00 - $22.50/hour (based on experience) Paid trainingmentorship Bi-monthly Professional Development (meets BACB recertification requirements) Support toward RBT certification Role Responsibilities Implement behaviorskill-building programs Teach communication, play, and social skills Collect datacomplete session notes Collaborate with clinical team Create a fun, engaging learning environment
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to actively engage with young children, including sitting on the floor, kneeling, squatting, bending, lifting up to 40 pounds, and moving quickly when needed to support safety and participation in therapy activities.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Loves working with young children Has strong play and engagement skills Is dependable and team-oriented Wants mentorship and professional growth Requirements RBT certification (within 60 days) Instructional Aide designation (within 30 days) CPR/First Aid certification Reliable transportation
Preferred:
