Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Toledo Area Ro Health is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support students in school-based settings throughout the Toledo area.
This position is anticipated to begin in the upcoming 2026-2027 school year, with opportunities for continued placement. The role is full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, full-time, part-time, or per diem
Target Start Date:
Beginning of the 2026-2027 school year
Job Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support to students with special needs Deliver 1:1 support for students requiring individualized attention Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and specialists to support student success Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies Foster a positive and structured learning environment Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support educational and behavioral development
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree preferred or ParaPro Assessment ABA or childcare experience preferred Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required Strong communication and support skills in educational settings Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Passion for working with students and supporting their growth
