What You'll Do:
As a Lead Behavior Technician, you'll play a meaningful role in providing behavioral services within the home, facility and community for children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. The Lead BT will work with individuals and families to provide person-centered care and treatment services. This position will take the lead on each shift to ensure the treatment team is functioning smoothly and all daily requirements are complete.
Minimum Qualifications :
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing. Experience working as a Qualified Behavioral Health Specialist (QBHS). Three years' experience working with people with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities or behavioral health challenges OR a bachelor's degree in a related field. Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR
  • adult, child, and infant.
(Training will be provided, if not already certified). Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance; insurable driving record (five points or fewer).
