Job Description
Childwise ABA provides top-tier Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, specializing in personalized treatment for children with autism. Our team of dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) delivers evidence-based interventions that promote growth, independence, and meaningful change. Benefits for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs): Paid training Advance pay options Referral bonus program Fun company outings and team events Responsibilities of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism Accurately collect and document behavioral data Follow behavior intervention plans created by BCBAs Support daily living skills (ADLs) and promote independence Safely manage and respond to challenging behaviors Compensation & Schedule for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Hourly pay: $18-$22 (based on experience and certification)
Part-time:
15-30 hours per week Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with children, preferably with autism Strong behavioral management and communication skills Join our team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism through compassionate care and evidence-based therapy.
