Full Job Description Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)? Pathways4Success is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team and provide exceptional services to our clients. About Pathways4Success LLC Pathways4Success LLC is a certified Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider serving children and adolescents on the Autism Spectrum — from 18 months through 15 years of age. We deliver in-home, school-based, and community therapy across Northeast Ohio, guided by one simple belief: every child deserves the chance to reach their full potential.

Position Overview As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Pathways4Success, you will be the direct hands-on provider delivering ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Working under the close supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect behavioral data, and build meaningful, trusting relationships with clients and their families — all while making a real difference every single session. Services may be provided in the clients home or other appropriate community settings depending on the individuals needs or authorized services. What You'll Do Implement ABA treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA with fidelity and consistency Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions in the client's clinic, home, school, or community setting Collect accurate behavioral data during every session using approved data systems Apply evidence-based ABA strategies including DTT, NET, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programs Work with clients aged 18 months to 15 years with communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills Maintain professional, compassionate communication with parents and caregivers after each session Submit session notes and data by 11:59 PM on the date services are rendered Participate in regular supervision meetings and required training sessions Follow all HIPAA guidelines and Pathways4Success confidentiality policies Maintain detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, care plans, and compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care delivery and support. Requirements Required:
Active RBT certification in good standing. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred) Demonstrated ability to work calmly and compassionately with children on the Autism Spectrum Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to pass a background check Excellent communication skills
Preferred:
