About This Job:
Success On The Spectrum Whitehall is seeking a passionate, experienced, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact while working in an environment that values clinical excellence, staff development, ethical care, and true work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA therapy, experience working with children with autism. This role includes conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, supporting families, training clinical team members, and ensuring high-quality, data-driven care.
What You'll Do:
The BCBA will be responsible for: Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles. Overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. Monitoring client progress through data collection, review, and analysis. Making treatment plan adjustments based on clinical findings and client needs. Providing training, and support to RBTs, interns, and other clinical team members. Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support a whole-child approach to care. Providing parent training and guidance to support consistency across settings. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA, payer, and organizational standards. Supporting clinic quality, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts. Staying current with best practices in ABA therapy, behavioral health, autism services, and special education. Experience and Qualifications Qualified candidates should have: Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst — BCBA. Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism and/or developmental disabilities. A minimum of two years of experience in behavioral therapy or a related clinical field preferred. Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, treatment planning, data collection, and progress monitoring. Familiarity with clinical documentation, medical terminology, HIPAA requirements, and payer standards. Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary professionals. Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills. A passion for ethical, evidence-based care and meaningful outcomes for children and families. Why BCBAs Love Working With SOS:
True Work-Life Balance Monday through Friday schedule. 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM hours. No nights. No weekends. No on-call responsibilities. Paid time off and paid holidays. Focus on Clinical Work At SOS, BCBAs are able to focus on what they do best: providing excellent clinical care. BCBAs do not manage staff scheduling, HR tasks, or insurance follow-up. Instead, you will focus on assessments, treatment planning, supervision, RBT training, parent training, and clinical quality. BCBAs have a maximum caseload of 12 full-time clients or a maximum of 32 billable hours per week. Practicum students and interns may also assist with clinical support under appropriate supervision. Supported, Not Micromanaged You will be supported by local operational leadership as well as SOS Franchising's remote BCBA support team and clinical training resources. SOS also offers a robust Learning Management System with training content for both RBTs and BCBAs. All BCBAs receive two weeks of initial training through the SOS corporate office. This may include travel to Houston for one week. To support ongoing quality and compliance, SOS corporate conducts a supportive Quality and Compliance Audit every six months, providing feedback, tools, and resources to help each clinic continue to grow and serve families well. SOS does not require non-compete agreements. SOS does not require training payback agreements. SOS supports full billing transparency. Nothing is billed to insurance without BCBA approval. BCBAs may also have opportunities to transfer to another SOS location if relocation is needed. For clinicians who may eventually want to transition away from direct clinical work, SOS also offers the unique opportunity to explore franchise ownership.
Compensation and Benefits Salary range:
$80,000-$90,000 per year, depending on experience. 401(k) with 3% company match. 3 weeks of paid time off per year. 10 paid holidays per year. Company-paid health benefit plan.
