As a Behavior Technician (BT) at New Story Schools, you'll provide one-on-one and small-group support to students in home and community settings. You'll implement individualized plans that build academic, social, and life skills, helping each learner grow in confidence and independence. Working within a collaborative, mission-driven team, you'll play a vital role in creating meaningful progress for students with special needs.
