Overview:
Entry-Level Behavior Technician OR Experienced RBTs | Clinic-Based | Paid Training Provided Behavioral Innovations - Midwest City - Douglas Boulevard Treatment Center Immediate Openings Available! Make a Difference. Build a Career. Behavioral Innovations is hiring Entry-Level Behavioral Technicians / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children with autism. Whether you're new to ABA or already certified, we provide paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth.
Schedule:
Centers operate 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, plus occasional half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time requires open availability within these hours and at least 25 hrs/week (may vary by center). What You'll Do Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months-10 years) Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data Support skill development, communication, and social interaction Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
Pay & Career Growth Hourly Pay:
Entry Level (during training): $15.00/hr RBT I (1-3 months certified): $16.00/hr RBT II (3-6 months certified): $16.50/hr RBT III (6-9 months certified): $18.00/hr RBT IV (9-12 months certified): $19.00/hr RBT V (12+ months certified): $20.00/hr Senior RBT (12+ months at BI, client count dependent): $21.00/hr
Future BCBA Career Path:
ABA Intern Lead RBT ABA Apprentice BCBA Clinical Leadership What We're Looking For Required:
Must be 18 years of age or older High school diploma or GED Reliable transportation to the clinic Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified) CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI) Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment
Preferred :
Active RBT certification Experience with children, autism, or developmental disabilities Backgrounds in childcare, education, behavioral health, or related fields
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs (to assist with client transitions and safety) Ability to sit, kneel, bend, and stand for extended periods during sessions Ability to move quickly to respond to client safety needs, including occasional running Visual and auditory alertness to monitor client behavior and environment Ability to physically prompt or redirect clients as part of therapy protocols Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role.
