Clinic (Norman, OK) Job Requirements + Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician + Ability to pass a background check + A highschool diploma and a minimum of 18 years of age + Reliable transportation + Eagerness to learn and follow instructions + Patience and empathy to help individuals achieve their goals Responsibilities + Work one-on-one with learners in the clinic setting + Collect data through online platform + Complete documentation in an accurate and timely manner + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines set forth by BACB and HIPAA laws. + Ensure client safety and well-being during therapy sessions.
