Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Current, active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB in good standing Completion of BACB-required 40-hour RBT training; effective January 2026, training must meet updated 3rd Edition Task List Content Outline (TCO) requirements No active disciplinary sanctions on RBT certification Reliable transportation for home-based and community service delivery as applicable Clearance of all required background checks and OIG/SAM.gov exclusion screens Mirabelle will support you throughout the certification process and help guide you every step of the way.
