October 2026 or later Mindful Play ABA is seeking experienced, credentialed Registered Behavior Technicians to join our pediatric clinical team as openings become available this fall.

About Mindful Play ABA Mindful Play ABA provides play-based, child-centered services for children and adolescents with autism and developmental differences. Our clinic uses natural environment teaching, engaging activities, and individualized treatment plans to help clients develop meaningful skills. We are looking for dependable RBTs who genuinely enjoy working with children, bring positive energy into their sessions, and value teamwork, flexibility, learning, and doing the right thing.
Minimum Requirements Applicants must:
Hold an active Registered Behavior Technician credential Have previous professional experience working with children Have experience in childcare, ABA, education, special education, behavioral health, developmental services, or a similar child-focused setting Be comfortable working directly with children with autism and developmental differences Be willing to participate actively in play, movement, group activities, and natural environment teaching Demonstrate reliable attendance, professional communication, and openness to feedback Be able to meet all background-check and employment requirements We are not currently considering applicants who do not have previous professional childcare experience. Position Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA Implement individualized treatment and behavior-support plans as written Collect accurate, real-time session data Complete session documentation accurately and on time Maintain active engagement and close supervision throughout each session Use play-based and naturalistic teaching strategies Support communication, social, daily-living, and school-readiness skills Follow all client safety, confidentiality, and clinical procedures Communicate questions, concerns, and client updates to the appropriate clinical team member Participate in supervision, training, and professional development Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environment Work collaboratively with BCBAs, RBTs, and other members of the pediatric care team Our Ideal Candidate The right person for this role is: Fun, energetic, and comfortable being playful with children Patient and calm during challenging moments Reliable and consistent Receptive to coaching and clinical feedback Able to adjust to changes in clients, schedules, and daily priorities Focused on solutions and willing to ask questions Committed to providing respectful, individualized care Interested in growing professionally within the ABA field Hiring Timeline We do not currently have immediate start dates available. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
