Job Description

Welcome to YOU Matter Behavior Support Services! We are on the hunt for a compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! We provide high-quality behavioral therpay to children with developmental disabilities, including autism. The RBT will work closely with clients, families, and our clinical team to implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of families. Duties Implement ABA therapy protocols tailored to each client's individualized treatment plan. Conduct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions with children, focusing on skill development and behavior reduction. Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Communicate effectively with the clinical team and team members to ensure consistency and understanding of therapeutic goals. Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills through structured interventions. Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging environment during all therapy sessions. Collaborate with supervising clinicians to review client progress and adapt strategies as needed. Qualifications Previous work as an RBT or experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder. Prior experience implementing ABA therapy protocols, implementing behavioral intervention plans as directed by a BCBA, and conducting direct behavioral therapy. Strong data collection skills to track client progress accurately. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Compassionate attitude with a commitment to improving the lives of children served. Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and adhere to ethical guidelines for behavior analysis practice.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
