Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavioral psychological assessments Lead intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Oversee data collection processes and ensure accurate documentation of medical records, medical terminology, and HIPAA-compliant patient information Conduct client assessments and behavioral health evaluations to determine appropriate interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans across various settings including home-based, school-based, and clinic environments Collaborate with families, educators, and medical professionals to support client progress through effective communication and training on behavioral strategies Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards related to medical documentation, patient care, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent certification from an accredited organization Proven experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Strong background in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavioral intervention strategies Experience conducting behavioral psychological assessments such as Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and data security Demonstrated ability to provide clinical supervision and lead multidisciplinary teams effectively Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and family engagement Home-based behavioral experience is highly desirable; familiarity with school environments is a plus Join us in creating impactful change through compassionate leadership and expert clinical practice.
