Overview At Adventure Child Therapy, we are proud to partner with families navigating the complexities of autism and other behavioral challenges, we are a clinician-led ABA organization providing ABA therapy services to children and families in our clinic located in Tulsa, OK. We are hiring for Full-time Behavior Technicians who want consistent hours, strong supervision, and meaningful clinical work. Want to make a positive impact on the lives of those in your community? Description Clinic ABA Therapy Located| Tulsa, OK $20 - $25 per hour (Pay determined by experience, certification, and performance) Paid for all direct service hours Consistent scheduling blocks whenever possible Opportunity to grow into full-time salaried roles if desired Core Responsibilities Direct Service Delivery Implement treatment plans developed by supervising BCBA Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions as scheduled Utilize reinforcement, prompting, and behavior reduction strategies as trained Maintain therapeutic rapport with learners Data Collection & Documentation Collect real-time session data with ≥95% accuracy Complete session notes that meet payer and compliance requirements Submit all documentation within required timelines (typically same-day) Professional Conduct Arrive on time and prepared for all sessions Maintain professional boundaries with families and learners Follow company policies, HIPAA, and BACB ethical guidelines Work Environment 1:1 therapy provided in the clinic Consistent clients whenever possible Professional BCBA supervision and support Structured programming and data collection systems Qualifications Current RBT certification OR willingness to obtain certification (we can help guide the process) Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clinic Experience working with children preferred Strong reliability and communication skills Other Requirements Reliable transportation Ability to pass background check Ability to obtain RBT certification within 45 days Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to respond quickly in behavioral or safety situations Why Join Our Team Reliable client assignments Supportive and accessible BCBA supervision Organized scheduling and communication systems Positive and ethical clinical culture Clear pathway to professional growth Growth Opportunities Many of our technicians transition into: Lead RBT roles Full-time salaried RBT positions Advanced clinical training opportunities If you are passionate about helping children and families and want a flexible, supportive ABA workplace, we encourage you to apply.
