We're currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to bring their compassion, patience, and positive energy to the individuals and families we support. If you're someone who finds joy in meaningful progress, reads behavior plans like bedtime stories, and can handle a spontaneous dance party mid-session, this could be the perfect role for you.
What You'll Do:
Work 1:1 with kids and teens, supporting their individual goals Implement treatment plans written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to evaluate and adjust treatment plans as needed Collect and record behavioral data to monitor progress and guide decision-making Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members Support clients across different environments—home, school, and community Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of behavior analysis
What We're Looking For:
A current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or someone eligible and enthusiastic to become certified A strengths-based mindset focused on empowering clients and honoring neurodiversity Reliable, compassionate, and adaptable professionals with strong communication skills A team-oriented individual who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully to our mission
Qualifications:
Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain Bachelor's degree or higher preferred, but not required Experience working with children or adults with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Why Join Us?
