We're looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and their families through evidence-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices. What You'll Do As a BCBA, you'll oversee individualized ABA services while partnering closely with clients, families, Behavior Technicians, schools, and other professionals to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skills assessments, caregiver interviews, and observations. Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies that reflect each client's strengths, preferences, and family priorities. Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality, compassionate service delivery. Analyze client data and adjust treatment recommendations based on progress and clinical decision-making. Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and other providers to promote consistency across home, school, and community settings. Provide caregiver coaching and support to build confidence and increase the use of effective strategies in everyday routines. Complete clinical documentation, treatment plans, progress reports, and insurance-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA requirements, and company policies. Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture through collaboration, communication, and ongoing learning. Required Qualifications Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Eligibility to practice independently in Oregon. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and evidence-based intervention strategies. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with families, team members, and community partners. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with autistic individuals and/or individuals with developmental disabilities. Experience providing home-based, school-based, or community-based ABA services. Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) or Behavior Technicians. Familiarity with insurance documentation and electronic data collection systems. A passion for family-centered, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care.
