You will work under the supervision of and receive guidance from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), supervisors, and mentors. Therapy sessions may take place in various settings, including in-clinic, at a client's home or other community-based setting. What You Need RBT certification (or willingness to obtain) High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the U.S. Age 18+ Physical Requirements Ability to walk, run, sit, kneel, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as part of interactive sessions with children.
