We are a small, BCBA-led company focused on providing high-quality, individualized care while also supporting our staff in maintaining a healthy work-life balance. If you're looking for a position where you feel supported, valued, and have real opportunities to grow in the field of ABA, this could be a great fit. In this role, you will work 1:1 with children in their homes, helping them build communication, daily living, and social skills. You'll receive ongoing support and hands-on training from experienced BCBAs, with opportunities to expand your skills over time. If you're pursuing your BCBA or BCaBA, we offer supervision hours and mentorship to help you move forward in your career. Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Oregon RBAI License or willingness to obtain upon hire Reliable transportation and auto insurance if applicable Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and transition easily between sitting and standing during sessions
