Job Description

ESS Clinical is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and qualified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide leave coverage within Reynolds School District for the 2026-2027 school year. The RBT will provide direct behavioral and educational support to students with autism and other developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. The RBT will work as part of a collaborative school team and implement individualized behavior-support and skill-building programs under the direction and supervision of qualified behavioral professionals and school staff. Pay starting at $31/hr up to $36/hr Choice between W2 or 1099 opportunities No Non Competes in our contracts! Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age . High school diploma or equivalent required. Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required. RBT certification must remain active and in good standing throughout employment. Must meet current

certification and supervision requirements. Successful completion of required criminal background and fingerprint screening. Ability to work under the supervision of a qualified behavior analyst or other authorized supervisor. Ability to accurately collect, record, and report behavioral data. Ability to follow individualized behavior-support and educational plans. Strong communication, patience, reliability, organization, and teamwork skills. Ability to work effectively with students with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, and other disabilities. Successful completion of all ESS Clinical and Reynolds School District onboarding requirements. RBT Certification Requirements Candidates must hold an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) . Applicants must meet applicable BACB requirements, including: Minimum age of 18. High school diploma or equivalent. Required background and abuse registry checks, as applicable. Completion of the required RBT training. Successful completion of the RBT Initial Competency Assessment. Successful completion of the RBT examination. Completion of the BACB certification process. Ongoing supervision and compliance with BACB requirements. Oregon Requirements RBT certification is required for this position. RBT certification is issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and is not an Oregon teaching license. Oregon separately regulates certain behavior-analysis services and provides for Behavior Analysis Interventionist (BAI) registration. If the duties assigned to the employee fall within Oregon's regulated behavior-analysis interventionist requirements, the employee must meet the applicable Oregon registration requirements.
