We're looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who brings strong clinical judgment, genuine compassion, strong character and the kind of ABA centered leadership that makes everyone around them better. This is an opportunity to do meaningful work with children with autism while partnering closely with families and developing the behavior technicians who help bring treatment plans to life. What You'll Do Create meaningful change. Assess client needs and develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans and behavior strategies. Lead and develop others. Supervise, coach, and provide Behavioral Skills Training (BST) to behavior technicians (RBAIs and BTs), helping them grow in skill and confidence. Let the data lead. Analyze treatment data, identify trends, and continually refine programming to improve client outcomes. Partner with families. Lead team meetings, provide parent training, and build collaborative relationships centered on each child's progress. Protect clinical excellence. Maintain accurate documentation, meet authorization timelines, and uphold BACB ethical and professional standards. Who We're Looking For Credentials matter. Character matters just as much. What You Bring Current BCBA and applicable LBA credentials Strong knowledge of ABA principles, behavioral assessment, and intervention Ability to effectively supervise and develop behavior technicians Strong communication, organization, and clinical documentation skills Commitment to BACB ethics and ongoing professional development Ability to work across office, clinical, and community settings Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
